Spearheaded the IT elements of the Telco to TechCo (T2T) transformation, playing a pivotal role in crafting the strategy to redefine IT as an innovation powerhouse. Pioneered groundbreaking offerings like AI, Cloud, API, and Security as a Service, positioning IT at the forefront of technological advancement.

2019-2021

Established the Digital Enablement function, focusing on systems that touch the customer while addressing critical backend deficiencies. Implemented an automated DevSecOps model and created Centers of Excellence for Cloud Automation.

2017-2019

Spearheaded the development of an IT strategy and operating model aligned with business outcomes. Led the modernization and replacement of essential platforms, facilitating the migration of crucial services to a multi-cloud architecture. Increased service availability from approximately 82% to over 99.5%.
